Men's Prayer Breakfast!

Hello Brothers!

You are invited to our next Men’s Ministry Breakfast meeting on Saturday, April 20th, at 8 AM, at the Brother's Household in Playa Del Rey.

Parking is available on S Trolley Pl. (your best bet), off Culver Blvd, or on Pacific Ave.

Please plan to arrive early to find parking and consider carpooling if possible.

We’ll continue our diving into the book "Disciplines of a Godly Man," focusing on the chapter about the Discipline of Mind. The discussion will be led by Steve Lounsbury, our Men's Ministry leader.

The "Discipline of Mind" chapter highlights the importance of guiding our thoughts toward what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. It delves into how disciplined thinking influences our actions towards a more godly life. This chapter will inspire you to develop a mindset that reflects on scripture, engages in wholesome contemplation, and rejects impure or negative thoughts, thus fostering a closer relationship with God.

Food options will include the following:

Breakfast Sandwiches:

• Sausage, Egg, & Cheese
• Turkey, Egg Whites, & Cheese
• Vegetarian: Egg White & Spinach

Oatmeal Packets in Hot Water
Orange Juice & Coffee

If you’d like a sandwich, please donate $5-10 to our food fund. This fund will help us provide food for future events. Note that there is a maximum of 2 sandwiches or 4 egg bites per person.

The purpose of our Men's Ministry is to establish a Christ-centered, dynamic, and supportive fellowship of men committed to spiritual growth, mentorship, and engagement in all life stages.
